If you cancel your order after the 24-hour cancellation window, a cancellation fee of INR 80 will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and preparing your order for shipment.

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry and excellent service. If your order has not been shipped within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a refund, which will be initiated within 10 days. Please note that refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the 24-hour cancellation deadline. A full unboxing video, uncut, is required for any refund requests.

If you receive your jewelry and are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. A full unboxing video, uncut, is required for any return requests. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Package Cancellation Policy:
For customers who have purchased a jewelry set or collection package, you may cancel the package within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
